− authorizes Full Out Camp s.r.o., with registered offices at Lucemburská 2435/15, Vinohrady, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic, ID No: 10899014 (hereinafter "Full out Camp") to make permanent audio, visual, and audio-visual recordings (hereinafter "Recordings") of the Participant, to edit them at will and to publish them, and to exercise the exclusive right to use these recordings as a whole or in parts, collages, or sequences, as part of a larger whole or individually, in original or modified form, in all methods of use, including authorization to disseminate such recordings in accordance with § 84 et seq. of Act No 89/2012, the Civil Code (hereinafter the "Licence"), and for purposes of promoting Full Out Camp and/or its contractual partners (on social networks, the web, posters, billboards, or in advertising, audio, and visual spots, etc.).. Full Out Camp is not obliged to make use of the Licence and has the right to use it in its entirety or to a limited extent;
− authorizes Full Out Camp to transfer, sub-license, or cede all of the above rights in whole or in part to a third party, for payment or free of charge;
− grants Full Out Camp this licence as an exclusive one, with unlimited scope in terms of place and time, through any known or future technological process, in any quantity and unlimited instances of use;
− agrees that the Recordings may be, inter alia, published and disseminated through television broadcasting, on a website, in printed materials (for example promotional flyers or billboards) or published in a different manner with no temporal or territorial restrictions;
− agrees that no compensation shall be provided for granting the Licence beyond the compensation agreed in individual contracts on the creation of a work of art.
Simultaneously the Participant grants Full Out Camp consent to process their personal data specified below for the above purposes:
− the Participant's name, surname, and artistic name (if any);
− personal photograph and other photographs of the Participant;
− visual and audio-visual recordings showing the Participant;
− any other recordings in which the Participant can be identified, directly or indirectly.
The Participant also hereby confirms that they have been given information regarding the processing of personal data to the extent required by Regulation No 2016/679 GDPR, as follows:
Legal basis for processing: voluntary consent pursuant to Article 9(2)(a) GDPR;
Category of personal data recipients (processors): Full Out Camp can delegate the processing of personal data to a third party (a processor), with the current list of third parties being available from Full Out Camp upon request;
Personal data processing period: The duration of the contractual relationship between the Participant and Full Out Camp and for 10 years from the date of the end of this relationship, unless specified otherwise in a specific instance;
Rights related to the processing of the Participant's personal data:
− the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time
– the right to request access to personal data,
– the right to correct or delete personal data,the right to restrict processing,
– the right to object to processing,the right to data transferability,
– the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic;
